1.  Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to event date.

2.  We must receive balance by the date indicated or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.

3.  The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, flavor, and style of cake. Any changes after this
date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges

4.  Delivery is $1.50 per mile roundtrip from Rocklin with the first 10 miles for free - set-up at venue is no charge.

5.  We are not responsible for any damage to cake after set-up is complete. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table
and/or cake stand to be provided. Optimal room temperature for cakes or refrigerated desserts is 75 degrees or below. If
your event is outdoors, or the weather is hot, it is best practice to have your caterer or venue coordinator place
cake/desserts closer to serving time. We are not responsible for damage to cake/desserts due to heat/weather.

6.  You acknowledge that flowers are not a food product and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt or other contaminates. All
stems will be wrapped with floral tape or a straw will be used to provide a barrier inside the cake. When possible organically
grown florals will be used.

7.  If you or your representative elect to pick up the cake or desserts, you assume all liability and responsibility for the
condition of the cake or desserts once it leaves Dutch Girl Provisions possession.

8.  On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion
without any compensation to you.

9.  Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, eggs, soy or other allergens. You agree to notify your
guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

10.  Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Dutch Girl Provisions to complete the agreement and
subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
